shipping & returns
RETURNS
- returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery
- to initiate a return please email marnie@mdesignstudio.com with your order number, proof of purchase & reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 2-3 business days
- returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free from stains & odors, with tags attached
- all custom orders & sale items are FINAL SALE
- We do our best to check each item for quality & defects, if a damaged item slips through please email marnie@mdesignsstudio.com within 3 days of delivery. We will send a replacement item once the item has been received.
- if the same item is unavailable a refund will be issued
- shipping costs are nonrefundable
- all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Please be sure to follow tracking numbers. M Designs Studio is not responsible for stolen packages or those lost/damaged by USPS
